Individual Counselling

Counselling is one of the ways through which we maintain and enhance our psychological health. Our psychological health is deeply intertwined with our physical health. Whilst we build our physical health by visiting the doctor when we are unwell, taking supplements to prevent illnesses, exercising to have a fitter body and observing a healthy diet to achieve a healthy weight and have more energy, we will be wise to also pay similar attention to our psychological health. Because when our psychological health is compromised, our physical health also suffers. Through counselling, we gain clarity and understanding on what ail our psychological health, what build us up uniquely and how to recover and thrive in the different stages and circumstances of our lives. And, yes, our overall health also includes our spirituality.
